ScoreApp Review: Real Price, and the Alternative That Connects to Systeme.io

ScoreApp builds excellent scored quizzes for coaches. But it costs $39 a month, its free plan stops at 10 responses, and it doesn't connect directly to Systeme.io. The full review and the alternative.

In short

ScoreApp is a very good scored-quiz tool, built for coaches and consultants. Its result pages are polished, its AI helps you get started, and it connects directly to many CRMs, GoHighLevel included.

But it costs $39 a month on monthly billing for 100 responses. Its free plan stops at 10 responses a month. And it doesn't connect directly to Systeme.io.

If your list lives in Systeme.io, Tiquiz does the same job directly, from the free plan, then €17 a month.

In this article

You saw ScoreApp in an ad, or with a coach you follow. And you thought: that's exactly what I need.

You're right on the substance. A quiz that gives your prospect a score is one of the best ways to show them where they stand, and why they need you.

The question is whether ScoreApp is the right tool for YOU. I went through it with what matters when you're a solo coach: the real price, what the free plan gives you, and what happens once the lead has left their email.

What is ScoreApp?

ScoreApp is a British "scorecard" software: quizzes that give people a score, often broken down by category.

Think of a health check-up. The doctor doesn't just say "you're 62% fine". They say: heart great, sleep average, stress worth watching. A scorecard does the same with your prospect's business or wellbeing: "Your marketing is at 70%, your sales at 35%, your organisation at 55%".

And it works, for a simple reason: people see in black and white what they're missing. You no longer need to convince them they have a problem. The score did it for you.

What ScoreApp does really well

I'd rather start here, because it's a good tool and you deserve a fair review.

  • Dynamic result pages, from the free plan: the content changes with the score.
  • An AI assistant that helps you build your first quiz.
  • Personalised PDF reports and abandon emails, from the Business plan.
  • Lots of direct connections: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kit, Keap, Klaviyo, and GoHighLevel too. Plus Zapier and webhooks.
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

If you work with an American CRM and the budget doesn't scare you, ScoreApp is a solid choice. I'll say it plainly.

How much does ScoreApp really cost?

Here are the prices shown on its pricing page on October 2, 2026, on monthly billing (what you pay if you want to be able to stop anytime):

PlanPrice per monthLive quizzesResponses per month
Free$0110
Starter$393100
Business$99101,000
Pro$149303,000

What this table means for you:

  • The free plan is for testing, not launching. A few shares are enough to use up 10 responses a month. Then the quiz waits for next month.
  • The first real tier costs $39 a month, and it includes neither your custom domain nor abandon emails: you need Business at $99 for that.
  • On annual billing, ScoreApp drops to $30, $75 and $112 a month, but you commit for a year.

ScoreApp and Systeme.io: the point that changes everything

ScoreApp isn't one of the tools connected directly to Systeme.io: Systeme.io doesn't appear on its integrations page (checked October 2, 2026).

So the connection goes through Zapier, which does offer a ScoreApp to Systeme.io route. But it's up to you to build the rule that picks the right tag for each person's result. One result, one rule. And Zapier has its own subscription as soon as you go past its small free quota.

In practice, on a 4-result quiz, you manage two subscriptions, four rules and four tags created by hand. It works. But every time you change your quiz, you change the plumbing too.

ScoreApp vs Tiquiz: the comparison

What I take from it, for you: both tools build an excellent scored quiz. The real difference is what happens after the quiz, in your email tool. And the price.

In Tiquiz, the tag applied automatically based on the result, and the Systeme.io or GoHighLevel account the leads go to

So which one? My verdict

Pick ScoreApp if you work with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Keap, and personalised PDF reports are part of your offer. You'll pay more, but you'll get a very polished tool.

Pick Tiquiz if your list is in Systeme.io (or in GoHighLevel and you'd rather pay in euros), and you want every lead to arrive with the right tag without Zapier. You can build a scored quiz by category, like on ScoreApp, or a profile quiz. And with Tiquiz PLUS, the AI reads your audience's answers and tells you what to make of them: what stands out, and what to work on.

And if you're still unsure, the deciding question is simple: where do your contacts live? Your quiz tool must talk directly to that place. Everything else can be sorted out.

What you can do in the next 10 minutes

You don't need a big budget or a big audience to test a scored quiz. Here's the shortest path:

  1. Create your free Tiquiz account (no credit card).
  2. Give the AI your topic: it writes the questions and results. Pick score mode if you want a check-up, with your categories.
  3. Connect your Systeme.io account and pick each result's tag.
  4. Publish, and send the link to 5 people you trust. Their reactions are worth every study.

Your first quiz can be live before your coffee break ends. The rest is fine-tuning.
