A quiz does something almost no other lead magnet does: it tells you WHO just left their email. Their profile, their score, their answers.
And yet, until now, the follow-up happened somewhere else. To send each profile the right message, you had to build one campaign per profile in your autoresponder, one automation per tag, check that the tag actually arrived, and write the emails yourself. Many people stopped halfway, and leads got... nothing. Or the same email for everyone.
So I put the emails inside Tiquiz, right where each lead's profile is already known.
Why this is a real change for you
- Each profile gets ITS OWN sequence. The "Builder" profile doesn't get the "Explorer" emails. The tip, the obstacle and the offer are about them, not about an average reader.
- Your lead gets their result, even if your tool isn't ready yet. Tiquiz does the sending: your automation doesn't need to exist yet, and the quiz doesn't even need a connected tool.
- No autoresponder to set up for your quiz follow-up. No campaign per profile, no automation per tag. The sequence lives next to the quiz it continues.
- The emails are written for you, in your own voice if you give the AI a few of your texts, and it never makes up a number or a testimonial.
- Your lead can come back to their result. A button takes them back to THEIR result page, which Tiquiz keeps for them, with your quiz design.
How it works, in 4 steps
- Open your quiz's Emails tab, pick Turn on Tiquiz emails, then click Write the emails with AI. For each profile, you can tell it what you offer (the name of your offer, what it changes, the format, the price, the guarantee). Everything is optional, but the more precise you are, the better the emails. It takes about a minute per profile.
- Review and edit by clicking right inside the email. Change a word, add a button, an image, a quote or your bonus. Each lead's first name, profile or score goes in with one click. Anything in square brackets is yours to fill in: you can't switch the sequence on while some are left.
- Set up your sender and your brand once in Settings, Emails tab (they apply to all your quizzes): the display name, the address where replies land, your color, font, logo, signature, your postal address (required in every commercial email), and on a paid plan your own sending domain. Each quiz then picks its sending address in its Emails tab.
- Send yourself a test with the Send me a test button, then click Activate. The next leads of this quiz get the sequence for their profile.
Your sequence is saved as a draft while you type. Your leads get the saved version: nothing goes out until you click Save.

Here is email 1 as a lead receives it (rendered by Tiquiz, with sample content). At the bottom, Tiquiz always adds why the email was sent, your postal address and the unsubscribe link.
The 5 emails AI writes for each profile
The sequence follows 5 steps. Each email has one job:
| When | The email | Its job |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0, as soon as the lead leaves their address | Their result | They're waiting for it. It takes them back to their result page, and can deliver their bonus. |
| Day 1 | A tip | One simple action, useful right away, built for their profile. |
| Day 3 | What holds them back | The typical obstacle of their profile, in their own words. |
| Day 5 | The offer | What you offer this profile, with the button to their offer. |
| Day 7 | Stay in touch | Keep the connection, without pushing. |
Delays count from the quiz, and you can change them. You can also add emails (up to 7 per profile), delete some, or write everything yourself with Write it myself. For a survey, AI writes 2 emails: a thank-you that gives value right away, then what the answers taught you.
10 concrete ideas to put it to work
Follow-up emails aren't just for "following up". Here's what you can do with them, business by business.
- Send each profile ITS tip. For a nutrition coach, the "low energy" profile gets an idea for their evening meal on day 1, and the "stress" profile a two-minute breathing exercise. Same quiz, two emails that have nothing in common.
- Bring them back to their result page. A brand style quiz for a design studio or an agency: the See my result again button lets the lead reread their profile before your call, and show up with questions.
- Deliver the bonus you promised. The Bonus block shows the bonus from your Share tab: to leads who unlocked it by sharing your quiz, or to everyone if you tick Give it to everyone. Email 1 goes out as soon as the lead leaves their address, often before they share: also put the block in a later email for those who share afterwards. No more "I never got the PDF".
- Invite them to a discovery call at the right time. In business coaching, the day 5 email offers a 20-minute call. Put a click tag on the button (for example
call-requested): in GoHighLevel, a workflow that starts on that tag can create the opportunity in your pipeline. - Add an end-of-sequence tag that kicks off what's next. The
quiz-sequence-donetag lands in Systeme.io once the lead has received their emails: your automation rule adds them to your newsletter or a longer campaign. The handoff happens on its own. - Test a different offer per profile. For an online course, the beginner profile gets the mini-course on day 5, the advanced profile the coaching program. Each button leads to the offer link of ITS profile, and the clicks in the Tracking tab show you what works.
- Answer the objection before it kills the sale. In a fitness quiz, the "no time" profile gets a day 3 email about 15-minute workouts. That's the job of the "what holds them back" email.
- Put their score in the subject line. On a diagnostic quiz (for example, the financial health of a small business), the subject "Your score: 14/20, and what to do with it" fills itself in for each lead.
- Thank the people who answer your survey. A thank-you email the same day, then what their answers taught you. Your community sees their input mattered, and answers more willingly next time.
- Recommend the right product. For a skincare shop, the "dry skin" profile gets the link to the routine that fits them, with a button that goes to any address you choose.

What Tiquiz does so your emails land, and stay welcome
Nothing to set up: these rules apply to every account.
- Email 1 goes out right away, as soon as your lead leaves their address, at any hour: they're waiting for it.
- The next ones go out between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., in your lead's time (their time zone comes from their browser). Nobody gets your tip at 3 a.m.
- An email never goes out twice, and never two emails from you to the same lead less than 20 hours apart.
- Without consent, only email 1 goes out. If your lead doesn't tick the consent box on your form, they get their result, then nothing else.
- Unsubscribing takes one click, at the bottom of each email or with their email app's unsubscribe button. After that, no more emails from you to that address, across all your quizzes.
- An address that doesn't exist, or a spam report, stops sending to that address. And if invalid addresses or reports pile up, your sequence pauses on its own until you take a look.
- Dark mode is handled: light text on a dark background, in the email apps that use it.
And the Tracking tab shows you, email by email, how many went out, were opened, clicked, and how many unsubscribed. Opens are approximate (some email apps open everything in advance): clicks are what you can trust.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Emails per profile | Emails per month | From your domain | "Sent with Tiquiz" line |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 100 | no | clickable |
| Monthly ($17/month) or Yearly ($170/year) | 5 | 2,000 | yes | discreet |
| Plus ($29/month or $290/year) | 7 | 10,000 | yes | removable |
The free plan sends email 1: your lead gets their result, and you see it working before paying anything. You can write the whole sequence; only the emails included in your plan go out.
Emails per month are counted across all your quizzes. When the month is full, email 1 still goes out (the lead is waiting for their result); the next ones wait for the 1st of the following month. Details are on the pricing page.
Your emails from your own domain
By default, your emails go out under your name (your first and last name work better than a brand name), from a shared Tiquiz sending address ending in @mail.tiquiz.fr. On paid plans, they can go out from your own address, for example hello@yoursite.com.
- Your leads see YOUR address. They recognize you straight away in their inbox.
- Your sending reputation is yours, no longer shared with every account using the Tiquiz address. That reputation is what counts for landing in the inbox rather than in spam.
- It doesn't break anything you've already connected: Systeme.io, your mailbox, your other tools. Tiquiz gives you a few DNS records to add at your DNS provider, all new, none to change. Your domain's root and its SPF aren't touched, and a DMARC record you already have is never replaced.
- Nothing is lost while you set it up. Until your domain is verified, your emails keep going out from the shared address, under your name. And if a record ever disappears, they switch back on their own, and Tiquiz lets you know by email (just as it does when your domain is ready).
- Your domain starts gently: 100 emails on day one, then twice as many each day. Inbox providers learn to trust you.
You set it up once, for all your quizzes: Settings, Emails tab, then My domain. Enter your address, add the records the screen gives you ready to copy (with a 4-step walkthrough) at your DNS provider, and Tiquiz checks on its own. You need an address on a domain you own: Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo don't allow another service to send in their name.
Then each quiz picks its sending address, in the Sent from menu of its Emails tab: your default address, another address on your domain (contact@ instead of hello@, with nothing to redo in your DNS), or the shared Tiquiz address.
Either way, when a lead replies, the reply lands in your inbox, at the address you confirmed with a code in Settings, Emails tab. A real conversation can start from a follow-up email.
And what about Systeme.io or GoHighLevel?
They stay your tool, and Tiquiz feeds them. Follow-up emails take care of what comes right after the quiz; your newsletter, your other campaigns and your sales stay there. Tiquiz isn't a newsletter tool: it doesn't send one-off emails to a list.
Would you rather keep your usual autoresponder? It's a choice, quiz by quiz. Before any setting, the Emails tab asks you: Turn on Tiquiz emails, or Send my emails with my autoresponder. With your autoresponder, Tiquiz sends no email after that quiz: it adds the result tags in your connected tool, and the Automate tab walks you through it step by step. You can change your mind at any time.
If you go with Tiquiz emails, three optional tags help you chain things together, added in the tool connected to the quiz:
- the click tag, set on each button: the lead clicked your offer;
- the end-of-sequence tag: they received their emails;
- the unsubscribe tag: they don't want your emails anymore, and your tool knows it too.
A tag doesn't trigger anything on its own: your automation rule (Systeme.io) or your workflow (GoHighLevel) starts on it. If tags are new to you, this guide to Systeme.io tags explains everything. A quiz connected by webhook doesn't receive these tags.
Take action
Your first sequence takes about fifteen minutes:
- open your quiz, Emails tab, and pick Turn on Tiquiz emails;
- give AI your offer for one profile, and start the writing;
- review email 1 first: it's the one everybody gets;
- add your postal address (Settings, Emails tab), then send yourself a test;
- activate, then take the quiz yourself with another address to watch your result arrive.
Follow-up emails are available today, on every plan, free included. If you already have an account, open one of your quizzes: the Emails tab is waiting for you.
FAQ · Tiquiz follow-up emails
Does Tiquiz replace my Systeme.io or GoHighLevel autoresponder?
No. Tiquiz sends the emails that follow the quiz, one sequence per profile. Your newsletter, your other campaigns and your sales stay in your tool, and Tiquiz can add a tag there at the end of the sequence so the next step starts. And if you'd rather your autoresponder also sent a quiz's emails, pick Send my emails with my autoresponder in its Emails tab: Tiquiz then only adds the result tags.
Do my leads get the emails if my quiz isn't connected to any tool?
Yes. Tiquiz sends the emails: a connected tool is only needed to receive the leads and the tags.
How many emails does the free plan send?
The first email of each profile, the one with the result, up to 100 emails a month. Monthly and Yearly send 5 emails per profile (2,000 a month), Plus sends 7 (10,000 a month).
Can the emails come from my own address?
Yes, on paid plans, once your domain is verified (Settings, Emails tab, then My domain). Each quiz then picks its sending address: yours, another address on your domain, or the shared Tiquiz address. On the free plan, and until your domain is verified, they go out under your name from a shared Tiquiz sending address ending in @mail.tiquiz.fr. Your leads' replies always go to the address you confirmed.
Will connecting my domain break Systeme.io or my mailbox?
No. You only add new DNS records, without changing or deleting any. Your domain's root and its SPF aren't touched, and an existing DMARC record is never replaced.
What happens if a lead takes the quiz again?
If they get the same profile, nothing changes. If their profile changes, their sequence restarts from email 1 with the new profile. Someone who unsubscribed is never signed up again.
Do leads from before activation get the emails?
No. Only leads who take the quiz after activation enter the sequence: the others aren't expecting it.
Which language do the emails go out in?
The language of your quiz: AI writes in that language, and the lines Tiquiz adds (why the email was sent, the unsubscribe link) exist in the 7 languages of the interface.
Can I write my emails myself?
Yes, with the Write it myself button. You can also have AI write them, then rewrite everything your way by clicking inside the email.
